The soft banner takes center stage, held by two plumed
love birds. A gorgeous piece of Venetian Lace
decorates the banner as a back drop.
I've added a gorgeous handmade vintage chiffon rose,
bejeweled with a lovely rhinestone brooch.
Then tied with sweet vintage organza bows.
A very Shabby French feel.
