I’ve fashioned this gorgeous Tulle Delight with oodles of Fluff…
Fit for a queen, this tulle wreath is stunning.

I’ve created this wreath in a creamy ivory tulle, and decorated a rose
using vintage chiffon, lace and a gorgeous vintage jewel in the center..

Over the top fluffy and ever so gorgeous, the wreath sparkles with sugar dust
